At Carolina Escapes Property Management, we specialize in full service STR (short term rental) properties. We have over 30 years of unmatched residential property management experience which includes 15 years experience in STRs. We provide everything that you and your guests will need for an amazing experience.

- MAXIIMUM REVENUE - Generated using 12+ BOOKING PLATFORMS including AirBnb, VRBO, HomeAway, Booking.com, Expedia.. A synchronized Real-Time calendar ensures that no duplicate bookings will EVER happen!
- CAROLINA ESCAPES BOOKING WEBSITE - This can save YOU and the GUEST 20% each!
- GUEST SUPPLIES are stored on site or in our local warehouse.
- We use Dynamic Pricing and local knowledge for nightly rates.
- MONTHLY REVENUE REPORTS - Owner profits are paid out every 15th of the month.
- OWNER PORTAL - Allows you to have 24/7 access for revenue review, SELF BOOKINGS of their property. Owners are immediately notified of new bookings.
Guest Features & Benefits
- Guests will get WHITE GLOVE service at their booking, during their stay and upon checkout.
- Guests will receive comprehensive Check-In instructions, House Rules, a Digital Guidebook to the area and detailed Check -Out instructions
- Guests can self check-in anytime after 4pm. Check out is 10am.
- We follow up with every guest 24 hours after check in to ensure that they have everything they need and are enjoying their vacation.
